Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Primary School

As unique children of God we love, learn, grow and inspire.

Welcome

Welcome to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Primary School

A warm welcome to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Primary School. We are proud that our school is a happy, calm place that provides a welcoming and safe environment in which to learn and grow.

As a Catholic school, we base all relationships on gospel values, and these underpin our daily lives in school. We particularly focus on the uniqueness of the child and develop love, care and respect for one another.

We have a dedicated team of staff and governors who inspire, motivate and nurture all children in school. We offer a supportive, inclusive family atmosphere where success is celebrated and everyone feels valued.

At Our Lady of Lourdes, children are encouraged to journey beyond their expectations where every child has the chance to shine and is prepared for a future of possibilities.

From October 1st 2021 we became part of Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust and formed a federation with St Joseph’s Catholic Primary in Blackhall Colliery.
